Include the email address associated with your EstatePod account and a short description of the issue. For an estate access problem, include the estate name. Do not send passwords, admission codes, private keys, payment-card numbers, or other authentication secrets by email.

EstatePod support and resident alerts are not emergency services. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service first.
